I wanted to just take a moment to put in writing my compliments toward you and your incredible staff. Though it was a shorter journey than many experience, going from consult to surgery in about three weeks, your team made a wonderful impression.

Abby and Jennifer were so welcoming and friendly, while still projecting the utmost in professionalism. Kelli was thorough and kind, mapping out the experience for me and ensuring I was prepared for the road ahead. This being my second plastic surgery, I think back and truly wish I had all of the helpful people, recommendations and guidance at my fingertips all those years ago.

Specifically, thank you for a detailed manual that even went into explaining the mood swings and ups and downs of surgical recovery. I've been waiting for the right place for over a decade, researching and looking, and I knew I was going to let you guys help me change a part of my life the moment I met your staff. Lon was exceptional and Jennifer had a great smile that made me feel at ease. THANK YOU SO MUCH for my beautiful new nose! I am so IN LOVE with it. Here it is, 6 weeks after surgery and I am already feeling more "at home" with it than I ever was with the old one!
