This 30 year-old woman from Marin County was  interested in saline breast implants and saw us in our Santa Rosa plastic surgery  in 2007.  She was 5'9", weighed 155 pounds,  wore a 34 A cup bra and wanted to be a  D cup. We reviewed both saline and silicone implants and she chose saline implants.  Through a fold (inframammary) incision, we placed saline implants in a partial submuscular position. The final fill volumes were 600 cc on the left and 630 cc on the right, to account for a slight difference in her breast size.

Her postoperative course was uncomplicated and she is shown at 3 months after surgery.  She is thrilled with her result.
