Facials & Peels at a Glance
| Purpose: | To remove dead skin cells, to refresh the skin and reduce imperfections. |
| Procedure: | The skin is thoroughly cleansed and a customized solution is applied. Depending on the strength of the peel, a topical anesthetic may be used or light local anesthesia may be chosen. The peel is allowed to set between 45 - 60 minutes. |
| Recovery: | Minimal, if any downtime. However, a TCA peel may involve 7 days of peeling. |
| Results: | Smoother, softer, more youthful looking skin. |
