Our Facility

Located in the heart of Sonoma County, our facilities include a new, state-of the-art, 6000 sq. ft. aesthetic surgery center housed in a Mediterranean-style building. Inside, you will find inviting offices and a full-service European day spa. For your privacy and comfort, our in-house certified surgical suite features two operating rooms and a three-bed recovery suite. We are proud to offer a fully accredited, private operating room for your safety and comfort. The facility has been accredited to the highest standards by a national certifying agency, the American Association for the Accreditation of Surgical Facilities.

Why is a certified facility important?

Although some cosmetic procedures are being carried out in facilities that are not certified, we believe that there is no higher goal than patient safety. In order to be certified, our facility had to go through rigorous inspection to make sure that our standards were as high as the national accrediting agency. In addition to complying with all OSHA standards, we also have to comply with strict instrument sterilization standards and we carry state-of-the-art monitoring equipment.

We are committed to protecting your health information. This "Protected Health Information," called "PHI," is protected by law.

The following categories describe the different ways we may use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment, or health care operations.

• Treatment:

  If emergency consultation were needed, PHI would be shared with those asked to consult.

• Payment:

  In the event that a third party is billed, we may use and disclose PHI for billing and claims purposes.

• Upon your agreement:

  We may use and disclose PHI in some situations where you give approval.

• Individuals involved in your care or payment for your care:

  We may disclose PHI about you to your family member, close friend, or any other person identified by you. If you are not present to give consent, we may disclose PHI if it is in your best interests.

We reserve the right to make changes to this notice and the make such changes effective for all PHI that we may already have about you. You can receive a revised copy upon request.
